Payment
All payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider Waffo Pancake (Visa / Mastercard). We do not store payment card data on our servers. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Paid product
Paid products are one-time only: PRO (Paid Listing) at $4.99, and Sponsor at $9.99 per calendar week. No subscriptions, no auto-renewal.
No subscriptions
AIStart.ai does not sell subscriptions or auto-renewing products. PRO and Sponsor are charged once per purchase only. You will not be billed again unless you make a separate purchase.
Refunds
Because Paid Listings are delivered immediately upon payment (auto-publish), fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions: (1) duplicate charges due to a billing error; (2) failure to publish due to a fault on our side; (3) statutory rights provided by applicable law (e.g., 14-day EU/UK withdrawal right, before the right is exhausted). Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with your account email and transaction ID. We will respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
